Owners Feedback

For my part it was the looks - both internal and external. For my 
husband it was the build quality. The only thing that has really let us
down is the bed/slats - very poorly built - so much so that it has 
collapsed twice on us (we are both fairly petite people and have not 
been jumping on it!) and have had part of it renewed by the company we 
bought it from new. We've now actually had to do away with the slats and
fit a kind of rail at each side of the bunk and lay boards to use the 
bed. We're shortly taking it for it's first service and will seek 
further advice on if there is anything else we can do with the bed. 
Other than that, we are thoroughly thrilled with the van and would 
definitely recommend it to others but would mention the problem with the
bed.
